A 72-year-old pensioner named Geraldine Forster had long dreamed of traveling.
Lo and behold, she has been traveling with the backpack for seven years and has no intention of stopping.
She has traveled to several Central European countries, Russia, the United States and even Australia.
In some countries in Asia, Forster has volunteered and so far she has been in more than 50 countries.
According to the woman, she wants her journey to continue endlessly.
While many women her age retire at home and care for their grandchildren, she has chosen a completely different lifestyle.
“Many women my age lead a peaceful life and do not want to leave their homes. But that’s not my case.
At 72, I spend my last years traveling the world with nothing but a small backpack, a microcomputer and a camera, ”explains the woman on her Facebook page.
Forster travels around the world with great pleasure. Traveling, for her, has become the meaning of life.
Every year, she spends Christmas and a summer period with her children and grandsons. And the rest of the time, she devotes to her travels.
She loves discovering new countries and visiting its sights and scenic spots.
Now Forster has got several friends all over the world. And she communicates with her family using the Internet.
