Breanna Lockwoodet and her husband Aaron, from Illinois, USA, had been married for four years. The couple wanted to give birth to a baby, but Breanna couldn’t get pregnant.
They tried everything possible, including multiple injections and procedures. But there was an ectopic pregnancy, miscarriages and no result.
The couple underwent various tests and the doctors did not give them a very good outlook. Therefore, they decided to try surrogacy.
But finding a surrogate mother required thousands of dollars. Breanna’s mother, Julie Loving, a 51-year-old woman, could not handle her daughter’s pain.
She started thinking about becoming a surrogate mother for her grandson.
When Julie offered her service, the young couple realized it was all madness.
At first they thought it was not a good solution and didn’t even believe it was possible.
Yet, when the doctors found no obstacles and there was a strong likelihood that everything could go well, Breanna and Aaron finally agreed.
Julie had given birth twice and had run many marathons. She was sure she could handle it.
“Mom did a great job. The fact that she made such sacrifices to make us happy is amazing,” Breanna said in an interview with Good Morning America.
Fortunately, everything went well and little Juliette came into the world in very good health.
