In Santa Fe County, New Mexico, 36-year-old Courtney Rogers recently underwent an emergency cesarean surgery to deliver her eleventh child. She is already thinking about having another kid.
She has always gotten pregnant or given birth to a new child in the 13 years since she wed her 32-year-old husband, church pastor Chris Rogers.
Caris Audrey, Courtney’s eleventh child, was born on November 28, 2020, however it was an emergency cesarean section since the baby was in danger and the doctors were worried that she wasn’t getting enough oxygen.
Caris, who was born weighing 9 pounds, 3 ounces, had to spend 15 days in the neonatal intensive care unit.
“I was more afraid for Caris,” Courtney said in reference to the birth.
