For a two-and-a-half-year-old child, a month can seem like an eternity to be reunited with her father.
It’s almost a quarter of her life, so it’s understandable that Adaline’s mother, Allison Durbin, wanted to organize a special meeting for her daughter and her husband, Ron Durbin, a former pilot.
Upon our arrival in the city, Alison intercepted someone while holding a sign with the following message: “I came to pick up my father; I am not yet able to read.”
Everyone at the airport was aware of the situation, but the little girl had no idea and was about to experience an unforgettable surprise.
