Elmer Alvarez was penniless, living on the streets, wandering around Church Street in New Haven, Connecticut.
Once, during one of his walks, he spotted a piece of paper on the ground.
Without suspecting anything, he picked it up, only to realize that it was a $10,000 check!
Most people on the planet would have considered it a heaven-sent gift, but Elmer acted differently…
The check had the name of the owner written on it. Alvarez went to his friend, who had a home, to search for the woman on the internet.
It turned out she was the owner of Outreach Realty Services.
Elmer called Hoskey and they arranged a meeting. On the same day, he returned the check.
Roberta was in shock and deeply moved by the homeless man’s act. She shared her life story with him:

Roberta took Elmer to her real estate school for free and offered him a generous reward.
Moreover, her company provided him with free accommodation and paid for an English course.
By returning the check, Alvarez didn’t even count on such a stroke of luck.
But he knew for sure that he now had a tremendous opportunity to turn his life around.
“Angels don’t just live in heaven, they also live on earth,” the man said.
