Speaking with tears in his eyes, Calogero announced that his admiration for Serge Lama is endless.

The artist announced that he was retiring because his body was getting weak and he couldn’t sing while sitting down.

“My life has passed on the stages since I was eleven years old.

This is the last time I see the public applauding me standing up. From now on, I stop the costs, ”said the great musician.

In interviews with RTL and TF1, Lama explained that he left the stage because of his weakness which was the result of a car accident which had happened in 1960.

It is only his right leg that holds his body throughout his life. And then he wanted to enjoy the life and love of Luana with whom he had been in a relationship for 2000 years.

After the loss of his wife, with whom he had not lived for a long time, in 2021, Serge Lama married the former teacher and tennis player Luana Santonino.
